You are the one.
Not the stronger version of you. Not the “more healed” version of you. Not the version of you that has it all together. You, right now—right in the middle of your doubts, your fears, your questions, your weariness—you are still the one.
I know the thoughts that try to convince you otherwise. The quiet whispers that tell you you’re not enough, not ready, not capable. The weight of your past that tries to disqualify you. The fear that what’s in front of you is too big, too much, too far beyond what you can carry.
But hear this truth and let it settle deep in your heart:
You are the one Jesus chose.
Before you ever questioned your worth, He already decided. Before you ever doubted your ability, He had already called you. Before you ever felt unqualified, He had already written purpose over your life.
You are not an accident. You are not overlooked. You are not a mistake trying to find meaning.
You are intentional. You are chosen. You are called.
And even now—yes, even here, in the middle of everything you’re still working through—you are the one entrusted to walk out a purpose greater than your fears will ever be.
So don’t turn away from this moment. Don’t shrink back. Don’t disqualify yourself from what God has already spoken over you.
Lean in.
Because this story, this calling, this life you’ve been given—
It was always meant for you.
Maybe you’ve found yourself in that place, quietly asking, “God, will it ever be my turn?”
But here’s the truth: God knows exactly where you are. He sees every detail of your life—even the parts you don’t fully understand yet. Nothing about your current season has caught Him off guard.
And still… in His eyes, you are the one.
God didn’t choose you by accident. He intentionally handpicked you for the purpose He created you to walk in. He is already pouring into you everything you need—strength, grace, wisdom—to step into that calling.
Your part is to trust Him. To begin moving, even if it’s slow. Even if it’s uncertain.
Because sometimes stepping into His purpose means laying down your plans… and picking up His. And His plans always come with provision, even when you can’t see it yet.
You are not forgotten.
You are not overlooked.
You are still chosen.
